Alisha, just finished reading your blog and it was so refreshing to hear a good friend remind me that it’s alright to take one day and go slow… Allow myself to “Breathe”! We speak of this often but when written with such clarity it really allowed me to comprehend the true meaning of what you often encourage me to do in my daily life. Relax, calm my inner Diva (who is a hot mess these days!), and allow myself to notice and appreciate the little things in life…which often can lead to much greater things!
