And one that truly ht home for me…approaching a big birthday that will mark 1/2 century old for me has weighed on my mind for months now—and every now and again I read the obituaries (weird, I know, but I feel the pull to give others that have gone their 15 minutes of fame even if it’s only in my own mind not the world stage). I see so few people living to 90 or 100 and hen realize that I could have maybe another 30 years of life and love before moving on…and I think “wow, 30 ish years is going to FLY by…What the heck do I want to do with that time so that when ever it is that my day comes I’m grateful and fulfilled for how I spent my time. Sorry for the morbid thoughts, but your post really was so meaningful to me. Thanks for your post and yor thoughts. xo
