Well the day has finally arrived! After a year of paper wrangling, home studies, police clearances, fingerprinting and lots of doubt, our 2 inch thick dossier has finally been submitted to the Nepal government. Now i know what you are thinking – “When will you get your child?” – and the simple answer is we just don’t know. We are simply waiting at this point to receive a “referral” of a child or children. If they meet with our approval we will begin the process of bringing them home, which involves two trips to Nepal. We will certainly update this blog as often as we can to announce any news and show pictures whenever we get them.
